### Respecting and supporting students

I suppose that the most important part of teaching mathematics is actually to carry the charm and the simplicity of the subject when with respect to individual scholar's learning speed. I believe in trusting in every child, that everyone carries the ability to do and realise the mathematics introduced to him or her. I feel that the role of training is to supply every student with abilities and logic to prosper and function in society. Therefore, I wish to serve my learners respectfully as well as to be just as supporting as I can be in the education process whilst stimulating them to explore extra ways of thinking and fresh concepts and guidelines. I will definitely follow every single child's needs reasonably of what is possible and what means are there in the classroom. I will anticipate to invest as much or more time and effort as I anticipate from my scholars. I will acknowledge that I need as much to grasp yearly as my scholars, and I will be flexible enough to take faultfinding and open to new ways of training in an attempt to extend to all learning styles.

### Mentoring and learning together

I view my role at this point as a pro, far in a similar way their actual school teachers are, still, also as an additional source of support and help. My function is that of a mentor just because I don't teach a full day of lessons as my grand teacher does, thus I will be a source the learners can use to receive additional help as well as can rely on to get back up. My duty is also that of a scholar, so I view myself as a prolongation of my students, I am learning through all of them what it really means to be an excellent maths teacher.

### My teaching strategy

In contrast to different tutoring establishments in Thurgoona, throughout the normal school year, I actually represent the information that the learner gets in his/her lesson. This means I don't request that children do additional worksheets and homework which are not actually component of the scholar's maths program, but instead, I teach the student in sections of his/her maths course of study which can be challenging such as clarity and depth of comprehension, applying of topics, and test-taking strategies. Everything I do is connected closely to assisting the student to better realise the data from the mathematics course she/he is having and in order to increase the grade in that subject.
